Facilitator (PT) - Granite Dells
Granite Dells is looking to hire a Part-Time Facilitator for our community. This position will provide fantastic customer service and work “part-time” shifts. Providing customer service while performing administrative and operational functions.
Assists in providing a welcoming and safe environment working in a great team environment.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years customer service experience a plus
- Integrity to maintain clubhouse, member and committee confidentiality
- General knowledge of computer software programs (Word-Based)
- Organized and responsive, communication skills
- Physical demands to lift 25 pounds
Duties:
- Greet members, guests and visitors professionally and friendly
- Perform new member orientation
- Address basic questions
- Process Clubhouse forms, transactions and Petty Cash
- Administer Clubhouse Rules and Regulations
- Answer phones, direct calls and take messages
- Complete daily Clubhouse Checklist
- Ensure a neat environment
