Neo Group is on the lookout for a Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager to join our Digital Marketing Team. We are looking for a candidate who can set up full tracking of all post-view conversions and build the complete system for retargeting campaigns from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, launch, and optimize ad campaigns in Facebook Business Manager.
- Manage and troubleshoot pixels, custom conversions, and event tracking.
- Build and refine custom audiences and lookalike segments.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Monitor daily performance, adjust bids and budgets for optimal ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad relevance and impact.
- Generate detailed reports and provide strategic recommendations.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager.
- Strong knowledge of pixels, event tracking, and audience targeting.
- Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns.
- Analytical skills with experience in Facebook Ads Manager reporting.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with tracking and attribution.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English and Russian, written and verbal.
