• Operate metalworking machines and hand tools
• Assemble mechanical and electrical components
• Wire electrical controls and route piping
• Weld steel using MIG/TIG/other processes as required
• Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Set up jigs, fixtures, and layouts for fabrication
• Inspect welds and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform rework and adjustments as needed
• Support team and production goals

• Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or stick preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with fabrication and assembly tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Commitment to safety
