Prinsco is looking for a Fabricated Fittings team member who takes pride in craftsmanship, quality, and teamwork. This role supports custom fabrication work by building fittings to customer specifications while following safe work practices and quality standards.
The right person enjoys hands on work, paying attention to detail, and being part of a small team that works together to deliver dependable solutions for customers. You will use tools, read drawings, and contribute to finished products that meet our quality and service expectations.

QualificationsQualifications
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, or in process of completion with a minimum of six months of manufacturing or production experience, including Prinsco experience.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram forms.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Forklift experience preferred with the ability to achieve a forklift certification.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently, 50 pounds 1/3 of the day, & 75 pounds less than 1/3 of the day.
• Using hands and reaching with hands/arms for over 2/3 of the workday.
• Standing, walking, climbing, or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling for over 2/3 of the workday.
• Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate colors.
• Ability to work in a production environment that is not temperature controlled and occasionally in varying outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a loud noise environment.
