About the job:- Lead and manage a team of manufacturing operators in the day-to-day operations(30%)
- Work closely with process & equipment engineers to improve equipment’s available time and efficiency, do troubleshooting and perform routine check and shift duties to ensure production goals 100% meet(10%)
- Schedule manpower/equipment allocation for maximum throughput, minimum equipment idle time, and finally meet 100% on-time delivery by order(20%)
- Timely resolve issues, deal with emergencies, 6S implementation(10%)
- Understand equipments’ capacity and constrain, manage Bottleneck tools and key products moving(5%)
- Organize and coach training and certification, ensure operators get enough training and skills(10%)
- Participate in and monitor performance evaluation, cost reduction activities, and yield improvement project(10%)
- Ensure discipline, safety, and housekeeping compliance by all personnel and do actions if needed for those violators(5%)
- Bachelor degree or above in related subject: Electronics / Business Administration / Chemical Engineering / IE
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Familiar Microsoft’s office software using
- Can written and verbal skills in both Mandarin and English
- Wafer FAB relevant experience preferred.
- Knowledge about Lean and QS/ISO preferred.
- Good at drawing, acquirement will be greatly preferred
- More than 3 year wafer Fab work or team management experience preferred
