Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process integration strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in process integration or a related engineering field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process integration or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead projects and implement process improvements.
