Job Description
- Lead and manage the tax department, ensuring efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning initiatives.
- Oversee major tax projects and ensure timely completion.
- Analyze tax trends and provide insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and laws.
- Mentor and develop junior tax staff.
- Collaborate with other departments on tax-related matters.
- Represent the company in tax audits and disputes.
