Position Overview:

As a Tainan Living Team Engineer, you will have the outstanding opportunity to craft and maintain a world-class living environment for our employees. This role demands a proven ability to manage transportation, dormitory, and canteen services with precision and care.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully implement and coordinate transportation logistics, ensuring flawless and efficient employee commutes.
• Manage dormitory facilities to build a comfortable and encouraging living environment.
• Supervise canteen operations to provide nutritious and delicious meals, adhering to strict quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve services and address any issues promptly.
• Determine and implement innovative solutions to improve the overall living experience for our employees.
• Strictly meet RBA, ISO, or other audit plan requirements.
• Develop and control budget plans effectively.
• Serve as a backup for general affair functions and facility service team tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Outstanding organizational and project management skills with an ambitious drive for excellence.
• Proven experience in managing hospitality services, including transportation, accommodation, and food services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to compete in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the food/hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale living facilities and services.
