The Schedulers play a critical role on site, often acting as the bridge between varieties of stakeholders to ensure our operations stay on track.

This position is responsible for scheduling in the 0–12-week horizon for Filling, Labeling and Packaging (F&P). This role works closely with manufacturing, technical services, quality and supply chain, to achieve best in class operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• F&P scheduling and support, in coordination with the Site Supply Planner, E2E Flow Controller and Material Planner.

• Optimize schedules to maximize capacity and reduce downtime.

• Engage with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer needs, proposed schedules and prioritization.

• Lead weekly scheduling and flow control meetings. Facilitate weekly artwork and monthly planning handover meetings.

• Track and achieve key KPIs (e.g. batch readiness, schedule adherence, production plan adherence, cycle time).

• Maintain plans in SAP. Data content owner for master data related to F&P.

• Other tasks as directed (project support, scenario and data analysis, continuous improvement initiatives).

About You

Minimum Requirements

• Community College or University graduate

• 2+ years established experience in a pharmaceutical or CPG environment with majority of time in supply planning/scheduling

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, particularly material and information flows

Preferred Requirements

• APICS certification preferred

• Experience with ERP (SAP preferred)

• Proven analytical and Excel skills

• Ability to articulate issues and communicate at all levels

• Attention to detail, team player, results-oriented, customer-focused

• Project management experience is an asset
