Finance Manager


Key Responsibilities:
  • Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
  • Working with lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
  • Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels.
  • Understanding and complying with federal, state/local regulations as well as Manufacturer and Lender requirements that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
  • Creating and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
  • Training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.
  • Introducing customers to the service department and working with the service department to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively communicating potential issues with customers, management, and other departments in order to provide the best possible customer experience.
  • Maintaining a professional personal appearance and work space.
  • Meeting Manufacturer and Dealership KPI metrics.
  • Completing required dealership training and staying up-to date on the latest program requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Available to work full-time hours.  Shifts vary;  Dealership Operates Monday – Saturday; Scheduling may require weekends before/after business hours. 
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the USA for any employer
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Intermediate communication, problem-solving, and mathematical skills using American units of measure
  • Physical demands include: frequently position body and move in order to greet clients; detect and identify safety issues; operate equipment; repetitive motion

Skills Required
