Pay Range:
The Finance Manager position compensation, with benchmark performance, expected range is from $150,000 to $200,000.00+.
Employment Type: Full Time
Work Location: Fully Onsite at Hansel Ford of Napa - Napa, CA
Responsibilities and Duties
- Follow a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration
- Work well within a team environment
- Ensure the timely flow of Finance Department documentation
- Ensure efficient and accurate turnaround on deals
- Supporting Sales Department goals
- Develop and maintain successful relationships with lenders
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous hands-on Finance Manager experience at an automotive dealership required
- Calculate figures and finances
- Experience selling new and used vehicles
- Engage customers early in the sale
- Hands-on Experience in Finance at an Auto Dealership
- Strong communication skills
- Broad range of product knowledge
- Pass a criminal background screening
- Pass a drug test

Pay Scale: $36,500 - $210,000+
Pay Defined: The Finance Manger position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base salary of $3000.00 mo. The position may also pay a bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any fixed upper limit.

Skills Required
- Previous hands-on Finance Manager experience at an automotive dealership
- Experience selling new and used vehicles
