Role

Continental Cars Volkswagen is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our team in Newmarket, Auckland.

Representing one of the world's most recognised automotive brands, you'll play a pivotal role in helping customers navigate their vehicle ownership journey by tailoring finance, insurance, and protection solutions to meet their individual needs.

Working closely with our Sales team and Dealer Principle, you'll drive finance and insurance performance while ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional, and transparent experience.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance or a related finance sales environment.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to create positive and memorable experiences.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
