Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative support function covering File Maintenance, Document Management (scanning/sending), and Transferring Funds (required).
  • Experience assisting with the completion of sold vehicles documentation, ensuring that all required documents for the sale are in place (preferred).
  • Experience working with financial institutions and coordinating approval and collection of finance & insurance fees (preferred).
  • Track record of delivering world class customer experience in a high-volume retail environment.
