- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes specific to the F&B department.
- Maintain up-to-date records of food and beverage pricing, menu costings, and recipe margins.
- Identify variances between actual and theoretical costs and investigate discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality or F&B sector.
- Strong knowledge of inventory and cost control systems.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros, Toast, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
