Requirements
- 3+ years experience as Medical Assistant required
- Attentive to detail, with a sense of urgency and passion for quality
- Able to report to the campus daily
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinates, assigns, tracks, and reports all activities related to the externship or internship program.
- Facilitates the student's transition from class to externship or internship programs to graduation, in preparation for full-time placement.
- Evaluates and assists in the resolution of student issues within compliance with of school policies.
- Assists the Director of Education in identifying externship sites.
- Coordinates the selection process for placing students in externship or internship programs.
- Ensures that externship agreements are properly maintained and communicated.
- Maintains ongoing communication with students and externship or internship sites.
- Maintains program records; continually audits all records and validates information.
- Makes external site visits during each externship or internship.
- Report to Director of Education
