About This Role:
As an External Stakeholder Engagement (ESE) CoE Senior Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Global Business Services (GBS) ESE and Sponsorship team. In this role, you will manage structured work assignments, solve routine problems using existing guidelines, and support the Engagement and Sponsorship Owners with the end-to-end processes within the ESE and SGG tools. By providing operational guidance and administrative support, you will ensure the timely execution of external stakeholder engagements and sponsorship requests. As the subject matter expert, you will be the primary contact for Biogen engagement and sponsorship owners, supporting affiliate teams, and international colleagues. Your responsibilities will include maintaining electronic records, resolving straightforward issues, and ensuring timely completion of transactions. You will also be accountable for GBS process documentation and training new joiners, while conducting routine operational meetings and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role is essential in transitioning ESE and Sponsorship processes from other markets into GBS, offering substantial value to the organization's strategic goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide operational guidance and administrative support for external stakeholder engagements and sponsorship requests.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the ESE tool, supporting engagement owners with project management and budget reconciliation.
- Manage timelines for contracting, payments, and closeout, ensuring compliance with Biogen's procedures.
- Create and manage POs in Oracle, complete contract templates, and escalate legal queries as necessary.
- Support project close activities, including document collation and final budget reconciliation.
- Manage sponsorship requests, including due diligence, decision communications, and reconciliations.
- Maintain the sponsorship mailbox and team repositories, advising on standard Biogen procedures.
- Assist in the creation and update of GBS documentation related to ESE and Sponsorship processes.
- Conduct routine operational meetings with internal business partners, and report on KPIs and metrics.
- Analyze route causes of incidents related to ESE and Sponsorship processes and propose mitigation actions.
- Participate in continuous development of the ESE and Sponsorship toolkit.

Required Skills:
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced administration or operational role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Experience with workflow programs and MS Office tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Pharma/Biotech or a shared service environment.
- Knowledge of external stakeholder engagement and sponsorship processes.
- Experience with Oracle, iProcurement, Veeva, DocuSign, and related tools.
