As a Project Manager in the Corporate & Investment Bank Finance team, you drive and support project-based initiatives, with a particular emphasis on the Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB) implementation. You manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal controls. You also gain exposure to oversight of external reporting, regulatory filings, internal management reporting, and monitoring of the CIB balance sheet. Together, we ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards while fostering continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate FRTB implementation and other regulatory projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
- Apply current product, industry, and regulatory knowledge to project work, especially regarding FRTB and related initiatives.
- Assess project issues, outcomes, and impacts on financial reporting.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to business lines and management, proactively flagging potential issues.
- Establish and maintain relationships with project teams, business partners, and regulatory agency constituents.
- Participate in the production, review, and filing of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports with regulatory agencies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to project control, data quality, and reporting processes.
- Ensure adherence to control procedures and edit checks for project and reporting deliverables.
- Support oversight of internal management reporting and monitoring of the CIB balance sheet.
- Champion compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
