What are we looking for?
- 5 years or more experience in food industry Q&FS or production/engineering/processing, etc.
- Professional expert in FSSC22000, GMP, HACCP, Micro/allergen/foreign material management.
- Experience of leading Q&FS internal audit/external audit is a plus.
- Familiar with Mars EMQM, MQM, and related food safety and QMS standard e.g. HACCP, FMMS, allergen, MVS, PRIMP, traceability standard, hold & release standard and etc.
- Experience of handling very tough/complicated quality challenges or crisis.
- Stakeholder influence and communication skill.
- Can work well under pressure.
- Able to travel frequently.
- Proficiency in both written and oral English.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Overall manage MW China’s external manufacture strategy co-build with Q&FS and broader R&D aspect, strategy deploy and realization with operational plan and resource allocation.
- Ensure MW China external manufacture’s compliance and high Q&FS performance in terms of regulation compliance, Mars QMS and EMQM (External Manufacture Quality Management) compliance, and drive continuous improve on Q&FS performance (e.g. incident, complaint reduction) through robust monitoring, verification and auditing programs.
- Act as EMQM standard owner to ensure China regional compliance and verified through internal audit, LRQA audit, technical audit, etc.
- Lead the Q&FS part in a couple of complex DS1, DS2, Licensing, Incubation in EM solution projects, work with project team and stakeholder to drive Q&FS and business solution.
- Engage the leadership of co-manufacturers with Mars quality culture and quality commitment. Improve quality capability in both external manufacture and Mars responsible persons.
- Play the China primary contact to global CoP in terms of EM Q&FS. Partner with global stakeholders and cross region associates for solution co-build and endorsement.
- Provide technical support when needed to other co-manufacturing/co-packing initiatives.
- Play a key member in MW China quality strategy deploy and activities (trainer, quality weeks, quality hero, etc.)
