This position, based in the United States, is responsible for driving stable operational performance, yield improvement, and manufacturing continuity at external subcontractors for (Onsemi). Serving as the focal point between the External Manufacturing team and the Business Unit (BU), this role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and subcontractor teams to execute the following responsibilities:

10+ years of experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in assembly/backend manufacturing operations
Proven experience in high-volume, high-mix production environment
Project management skills and proven experience are required
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and structured problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with global teams
Proficiency in BI Tools, Python and SQL would be advantageous
