The team
The VSP 360 Clear Sight team is focused on delivering powerful observability and monitoring capabilities for Hitachi Vantara’s hybrid cloud storage solutions. We work in a fast-paced, agile environment, partnering closely with engineering, field teams, customers, and partners to build a product that drives value through insight. As part of a broader product organization, we emphasize collaboration, innovation, and customer-centric development to scale Clear Sight adoption and enhance the user experience across diverse enterprise environments.
The role
As the Product Manager for VSP 360 Clear Sight, you’ll play a key role in shaping the product roadmap and driving its adoption across global customers. You will be responsible for gathering and refining requirements in Aha!, managing the backlog, and leading co-creation sessions with stakeholders, including engineering, field teams, and customers. You’ll drive competitive analysis and integrate customer feedback into product prioritization. Clear communication, strategic thinking, and technical curiosity are essential, as you’ll work cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and integration with Hitachi Vantara’s observability solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storage, SaaS, and building impactful enterprise software.

What you’ll bring
Experience in SaaS and packaged software delivery models
• Strong Agile product management background
• Proficiency with Aha! and backlog management
• Understanding of storage infrastructure and Hitachi Vantara products
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools and best practices
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to perform competitive and market analysis
