Greenvolt Group is looking for an External Communication Specialist to join its Marketing & External Communication team.
The ideal candidate will support the strategic management of the Greenvolt brand, in collaboration with the various Group companies, develop high-quality content for external communication and distribute it effectively on multi-channel platforms, manage online and offline communication campaigns and events, and collaborate on possible commercial strategies according to business needs. The role requires strong writing skills and the ability to translate business and industry topics into clear, relevant and engaging content for different external audiences.
The candidate will report to the Brand & External Communication Senior Manager and collaborate with diverse teams in a multicultural environment, closely monitoring business strategy and market needs, ensuring that communication, branding and marketing efforts are aligned with the intended positioning and growth. A good understanding of the media landscape and communication dynamics will be important to identify relevant topics and external communication opportunities. The position requires strong analytical skills to manage and report on the performance of initiatives undertaken.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with the challenge of working in a dynamic environment and with demanding deadlines, particularly in developing content, presentations and reports related to decision processes.
Responsibilities
The selected person will be responsible for the above-mentioned mission, including:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience;
- Develop and draft content for external communication, including press materials, articles, interviews, corporate materials, presentations, website and social media content;
- Translate business and industry topics into clear, accurate and engaging content aligned with the Group's positioning and key messages;
- Manage external marketing, communication and branding service providers;
- Generate innovative ideas and concepts to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including the identification of relevant content and communication angles;
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, media landscape, and best practices to continuously improve brand and communication strategies;
- Support in the execution of the marketing and communication plan, including preparation of briefings for campaigns and events;
- Develop digital and multi-platform communication campaigns;
- Develop marketing, communications and branding performance analysis and reporting;
Requirements
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related field;
- Professional experience (minimum 4 years) with responsibilities similar to this position;
- Proven experience in brand strategy development, marketing & communication plans, content development, and project management;
- Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts and identify relevant communication angles;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop clear, accurate and engaging content for external audiences;
- Good understanding of the media landscape and news dynamics;
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus;
- Experience using tools (Google Analytics, Wordpress, etc.);
- Experience in SEO / SEM and social network management;
- Proactive, focused personality and "make it happen" attitude;
- Agility and ability to act quickly in situations of uncertainty.
