* Develop business for accounts, incl. basket/ product selling, cross-selling and value based pricing
* Execute customer visits, prepare, coordinate, negotiate, close proposals, respond to RFQs.
* Strong experience in rubber & polymers & construction.
* Identify customer potential and plan to monetize.
* Identify, prioritize and convert prospect business.
* Manage customer related initiatives/ projects.
* Maintain CRM, complete relevant reporting, etc.

Travels frequently to customers as required by the role and/or job description/additional tasks, or according to group regulations/requirements.
Updates internal reporting systems (VR/CRM/CRM Projects) on time with relevant information.

2-3 years of sales experience
Proven experience in developing and managing a customer portfolio, with a focus on value-added sales and technical consultancy partnership
Education
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or management
Certification in sales, negotiations are an advantage
Fluent English.
