The role requires collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

- Support as subject matter expert as per business need/program scope.
- Hands on Design and Release Experience in Sheet metal (or) Fixed Glass (or) Static sealing and worked closely with cross functional teams
- Package and/or CAD (CATIA V5 / TCE / VisMockup) experience is essential.

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Automobile) or equivalent
Skills Required
- Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering, or equivalent
- Hands-on design and release experience in sheet metal, fixed glass, or static sealing
- Experience with CATIA V5, TCE, or VisMockup for package and CAD work
- Knowledge of automotive design processes and systems engineering
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, supplier, and craftsmanship teams
- Strong communication, collaboration, accountability, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
