Duties, Goals, and Responsibilities:- Audit driver logs to identify, document, and address Hours of Service (HOS) violations.
- Review the intent and appropriate use of Personal Conveyance.
- Monitor daily compliance reports, including unassigned driving time, Personal Conveyance usage, and odometer discrepancies.
- Coach and educate drivers on HOS requirements, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices to promote continued compliance.
- Maintain an organized and professional work environment while demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Work an extended coverage schedule of four days on and three days off, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
