Skills Required
- Experience or interest in mining trades or mining support roles (miners, mechanics, electricians, welders, supervisors, administration)

- Ability to work in an underground/on-site mining environment and follow safety procedures
- Trade certifications or enrollment in apprenticeships for mechanical, electrical, or welding roles
