Expression of Interest: Solution Designer, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant / Solutions Engineer

We're seeking expressions of interest from experienced technology professionals for a range of upcoming opportunities across architecture, solution design, engineering, and consulting disciplines.

Opportunities Include:
 

Solution Designer – Translate business requirements into scalable, customer-focused technology solutions, balancing business outcomes, technical feasibility, and delivery needs.
 

Solution Architect – Lead solution architecture across complex programs, defining target-state architectures, integration patterns, technology roadmaps, and enterprise-aligned designs.

Technical Consultant / Solutions Engineer – Partner with stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams to design, implement, and optimise technical solutions that solve real business challenges.

These roles sit within high-performing, technology-led teams that leverage modern engineering practices, cloud platforms, data, and emerging technologies to deliver exceptional customer and business outcomes.
 

What You'll Do
 

• Design and deliver technology solutions that align business objectives with customer and operational needs.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to define solution requirements and delivery approaches.

• Create solution designs, architecture artefacts, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.

• Lead technical discovery, analysis, and design activities across new products, platforms, and transformation initiatives.

• Evaluate technology options, identify risks, and recommend scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

• Support delivery teams throughout implementation, ensuring solutions are executed in line with approved designs and architectural standards.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture frameworks, engineering practices, and technology governance.

• Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and modern architectural patterns.
   

What We're Looking For
 

• Proven experience in Solution Design, Solution Architecture, Software Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Solutions Engineering roles.

• Strong understanding of application architecture, systems integration, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.

• Experience translating complex business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience working across cross-functional teams in agile delivery environments.

• Knowledge of security, risk, resilience, and governance considerations within enterprise technology landscapes.

• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance business, user, and technical outcomes.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for solving complex challenges through technology.
