About the Role
As a Robotic Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting orthopaedic surgeons in the planning and execution of robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements using Stryker’s Mako system. This position requires a high level of clinical knowledge, technical acumen, and the ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment of the operating theatre.
You will be the primary clinical expert for the Mako system, providing real-time support during procedures and working closely with surgical teams to optimise patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the in-theatre expert for Mako-assisted procedures, providing technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff.
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning to assist in surgical case preparation.
Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
