Work across a range of teams to establish and deliver projects, including by engaging clients and their stakeholders, undertaking quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and preparing deliverables across a range of formats that distil analysis into clear and compelling recommendations for clients. And the practical experience:

• 5+ years of work experience in a professional environment
• Previous consulting experience
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including structured thinking and intellectual flexibility
• Robust interpersonal skills including the ability to navigate uncertain environments with clients and colleagues, provide and respond to feedback, and organise and manage teams.
• Relevant experience within Nous' areas of focus such as education, Defence, financial services, health & ageing, human services, central & economic agencies, and government.
