What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations of the express lube department, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Maintain high standards for guest service, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive experience.
- Monitor and manage department performance metrics, including productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Oversee scheduling, training, and team member development.
- Maintain inventory levels of parts, fluids, and other necessary supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other departments to provide seamless service.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (flexibility to cover other days/shifts for vacations, etc. as needed)
Pay: Base Salary + Performance Bonuses - Average Pay Expected: $50k-$60k+/year
- Previous management experience in an automotive service or express lube environment preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of express lube operations, including oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in automotive software and systems is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
