- Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods.

What You'll Do
- Greet service customers, identify concerns, and complete a vehicle walk-around.
- Build accurate repair orders in ADP based on customer concerns and recommended services.
- Explain service needs, pricing, repair timelines, and multi-point inspection recommendations clearly.
- Obtain customer authorization for repairs, additional services, and updated estimates before work proceeds.
- Dispatch repair orders to technicians and coordinate workflow based on department procedures.
- Partner with technicians to understand diagnoses, repair needs, and completed work.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with status updates and revised completion times.
- Review completed services, final charges, and repair recommendations with customers at vehicle delivery.
- Process service payments accurately and ensure a professional, efficient vehicle handoff.
- Support the Sales-to-Service process by welcoming new customers and introducing them to the dealership's service experience.
