You will capture, enter and validate customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, using all methods and all order types.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing orders and verifying stock levels to make sure the order can be fulfilled
- Managing export process, organizing transportation for the orders in close cooperation with the 3rd party distributors
- Building strong relationship with customers and providing them with best-in-class service
- Solving problems or issues which might occur during the export process
- Bringing ideas on improving current processes and ways of working
What you need to be successful:
- Previous experience in Customers Service and Logistics role
- Fluency in English
- Ability to build strong and long term business relationship with clients and business partners
- Problem solving and multitasking skills
- Good organization and priority setting skills
- MS Excel skills - SAP knowledge will be a strong plus
- Good knowledge of the total supply chain/order-to-cash process
