JOB OBJECTIVE
Within the Export Sales Department, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing a portfolio of clients and prospects of Thales Land & Air Systems (LAS) Civil Air Systems in Air Traffic Management Solutions and Systems and Civil Surveillance Radars in the Middle East and KSA (ATM and SRC domains).
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the definition of the commercial strategy for the different customers of your zone
Draft key customers’ account plans in order to ensure the Short / Medium / Long Term Business Action Plans, and to align all departments of the company
Promote and sell the Air Traffic Management Systems and Civil Surface Radar systems in line with the objectives of the GBU LAS and the Group
Ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with Thales country directors
Coordinate closely with the business development team for project identification and monitoring of upstream commercial actions, taking over identified opportunities through to the entry into force of contracts on your defined scope
Ensure the permeability of our civil and military business, in coordination with the commercial and military KAM teams
Responsible for and, ensure regular reporting and monitoring of commercial forecast and gross margins (CRM Base)
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Have at least 5 years commercial experience in an international context
Familiar with complex sales and long export sales cycles (B2G and / or B2B)?
Comfortable in a multicultural environment, and you have demonstrated flexibility, open-mindedness and leadership
Autonomous, with excellent inter-personal skills
Actively listen to your customers and share information within your team
Fluent in English (read, written and spoken) and preferably also in Arabic and French
QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Higher education at the level of BAC + 4/5 (engineering or commerce)
