Job DescriptionScope of the Role
The Air & Ocean Export Manager is responsible for developing and leading the air and ocean export product through strong operational performance, financial control, sales support, people leadership, systems optimisation, and a positive, high-performance culture, in line with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Air & Ocean Export team to support business growth and operational flexibility.
- Drive productivity, service performance, and achievement of key operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and customer SOPs.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, service quality, and cost control.
- Support budgeting, P&L management, and overall departmental profitability.
