The primary role of the Export Manager is to oversee the operation of Kruuse in the Middle East & Africa region (the specified region/countries can be changed at KRUUSE’s discretion). This includes, but not limits to oversee logistics, develop new business, and ensure profitability. The Export Manager is responsible for managing overall operations, potentially recruiting staff and creating budgets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct business in line with the Kruuse strategy
The Export Manager continually assess company progress, sales and marketing successes, new business leads and regulatory compliance and compile reports to submit to superiors in corporate headquarters. Cadence to be agreed with manager.
Further develop Kruuse’s brand in the defined area. Responsible for developing advertising and promotional plans and are involved in product positioning.
The role is client facing and daily contact with clients is a big part of a Export Manager job, therefore the ability to communicate effectively is essential.
Close relationship to international staff, Product Manager and Marketing.
- Collaborate with local businesses to acquire all necessary resources and services
- Conduct extensive research regarding the markets and market opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership to strategize how best to activate the product lines
- Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships
- Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly
- Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required
- Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency
- Maintaining a good image
- Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management and activities

- Travel days per year: Max. 90
- Microsoft Office applications: Should be able to use Word, PowerPoint and Outlook for communication and presentation purposes. Will be responsible for assembling and reporting on various data and it is important to have more than a general understanding of spreadsheet software
