Job Description

How will you make an impact
We are seeking a dedicated Export Logistics Specialist to join our team in Vantaa. This role involves managing various tasks within the export logistics team to ensure efficient and accurate handling of export shipments. The position is permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate shipments, including determining the mode of transport and routing.
- Prepare export documentation.
- Provide shipment details and necessary documents to customers.
- Monitor deliveries to ensure timely and accurate arrival.
- Archive export documents systematically.
- Verify and approve freight invoices.
- Handle and resolve customer feedback and internal discrepancies related to the order-to-delivery process.
- Maintain and update customer records and instructions.
- Contribute to the development of the order-to-delivery process.
Requirements
- A commercial education (e.g., merkonomi, tradenomi) or ongoing studies in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Finnish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous.
- Management of dangerous goods is considered as a merit.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
