Job Requirements:
Applicants should have 3-5 years of experience advising clients on a wide array of export controls issues, with prior experience advising government contractors on regulatory matters highly desired. Preferred candidates will have experience with export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The team would particularly benefit from a candidate with experience navigating regulatory matters concerning government regulations, contract disputes, defense of claims, and government investigations. Prior experience representing clients before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and/or Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) would also be particularly helpful.
Candidates must be in good standing with the DC Bar or be admitted as soon as practicable.
The expected pay range for this position is:
245,000-345,000
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
