Position Description

• Serve as the communication bridge between kitchen and servers; you're the line that keeps it all moving
• Plate check for perfection; ensure every dish is correct and meets SMASH standards before it hits the floor
• Stay sharp under pressure; manage ticket flow, coordinate timing and keep service smooth during peak hours
• Own your space; keep expo area clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift
• Uphold food safety and sanitation/company standards
