•10-15 years of experience in CAE for Automotive
•Good knowledge of fundamental physics and structural engineering principles;
•Good vehicle knowledge
•Good Project Management Skills
Responsibilities:
•Lead CAE planning & convergence
•Coordinate cross-functional simulation activities
•Support decision-making forums
•Deliver structured CAE result synthesis
•Drive technical consistency & arbitration
•Capture lessons learned
Skills Required
