  • Improve practice financial performance and take advantage of the benefits of health information technology innovations
  • Enhance patient satisfaction by reducing high costs and long wait times common to many prescriptions
  • Get patients all their specialty medications faster and more easily

Job Summary

An Expert Technical Program Manager focuses on the execution of making a desirable high-quality product and shipping/delivering that product on time and within budget. The Expert Technical Program Manager owns communication across teams, eliminates risk to execution and owns the outcome. The Expert Technical Program Manager is responsible for requirements development and drives a collaborative process across multiple stakeholders.  The Sr. Technical Program Manager will be assigned primarily to Veradigm's Provider products but could support other Veradigm products if needed.

 

What you will contribute.

  • Delivery of quality product on-time ensuring product metrics and goals are met
  • Works on multiple product lines
  • Synthesizes sprint milestones with the rest of the org on quarterly basis
  • Provides frequent updates to the members of strategy teams and executive staff
  • Coordinates the activities of the team(s) and/or POD(s)
  • Defines product scope, justify resources & ensure cohesive cadence
  • Assume responsibility of collection/Theme
  • Scrum Master, and able to run scrum or scrums
  • Works closely with others to resolve extremely complex problems
  • Ensure the team understands Value-Prop and roadmap of the product & manages internal dependencies across product lines
  • Articulates market opportunity for his/her product line(s)
  • Mentors other Program Managers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience (Required)
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (Preferred)
  • 7+ years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Senior level or equivalent experience (Preferred)
  • Up to 10% travel may be required
