Overview
This is a really exciting opportunity to join our team in Philippines as an experienced technical consultant. You will deliver high quality and high performing systems to meet customers’ business needs based on Altera’s product set.
Role Requirements
· Expert level proficiency in the delivery of hardware and system software technology to customers using standard procedures.
· Ability to provide technical support during the implementation delivery process including triaging and troubleshooting reported by client and implementation team.
· Ability to install all software required for the Altera solutions
· Able to develop technical documentation to facilitate efficiency, document customer implementations, and support department education objectives.
· Ability to train Clients and Altera Staff on areas of expertise
· Expert level proficiency with Interface or data conversion development and implementation tools used by the team.
· Ability to build and maintain new tools sets.
· Expert level knowledge of Altera data schema.
· Expert level sales support services to help design solutions for clients.
· Development of new procedures and policies to improves services.
Qualifications
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in relevant technical field, (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering, or related technical discipline), or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
· Expert knowledge of Enterprise level hardware offerings such as Clustering, SAN technology, and complex networking delivery.
· Expert knowledge of MS SQL and SQL scripts.
Experience:
· 7+ years relevant work experience
Travel Requirements:
· Up to 10% travel may be required
· May require other travel for business needs
Working Arrangements:
· Standard U.S. work week or as defined by assignment requirements
· Primarily works in remote environment
· May require after-hours, weekends, on-call support and/or holidays

Salary Range
$100,000—$117,000 USD
