THE ROLE & THE TEAM
The Expert Strategic Marketplace Development role is critical for defining, formalizing, and driving growth initiatives together with Tradebyte’s Strategic Marketplace Partners. You will be the coordinator behind how we engage with our highest-value marketplace partners.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)Drive Strategic Growth: Act as the central coordinator for all growth initiatives with our strategic marketplaces. Take ownership of a portfolio of growth projects, setting up detailed action plans, monitoring tasks and milestones, and identifying/escalating risks to guarantee successful execution.
Coordinate: Act as the central coordinator for all internal workstreams interfacing with strategic marketplaces to ensure smooth delivery.
Engage: Independently design and standardize high-value engagement formats, including Executive Business Review structures, Partnership Scorecards, and Joint Hunting Programs, aligning them with the overall business strategy.
Report & Influence: Track the commercial impact and report progress and outcomes to senior leadership, both internally and with our marketplaces.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have 5-7+ years of experience in Strategic Program Delivery, Project Management, or a related role, with a proven ability to design and scale growth programs for high-value business segments.
You have advanced Business Acumen, allowing you to interpret organizational dynamics and market trends to propose the best course of action and drive decisions effectively.
You possess expert-level skills in Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management, with a demonstrated track record of leveraging analytical skills and adapting your communication style to different organizational groups.
You have a strong analytical mindset, capable of structuring complex data, understanding the business KPI's, and translating performance metrics into clear, actionable strategies and recommendations.
SaaS and/or eCommerce experience preferable.
You are fluent in English, German language knowledge would be an advantage
