We are seeking an accomplished data sales support expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of autonomy, proficiency, and leadership, mentoring less experienced team members while continually expanding their own expertise. As a pivotal member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' experience and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Solution Development:
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to support sales efforts, including pricing, product presentations, data solution recommendations, and proposal creation tailored to address client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine client solutions.
- Provide consultation and expertise to internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the positioning of our products and services as superior solutions.
Strategic Alignment:
- Understand the broader Acxiom strategy and how individual contributions align with organizational goals.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within sales support management.
- Collaborate with product management on the development of new products and services.
Mentoring and Leadership:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth in product knowledge, direct marketing techniques, and industry insights.
- Take ownership of high-complexity assignments while providing oversight and review for moderate and low-complexity tasks.
- Demonstrate leadership through active participation in projects, serving as a team subject matter expert and specialist.
Continuous Education:
- Deepen understanding of Acxiom's products, direct marketing strategies, and industry dynamics.
- Stay abreast of evolving trends in direct marketing, including key concepts, promotional channels, challenges, and solutions.
- Enhance knowledge of the industry landscape, including trends, vertical nuances, and competitive intelligence.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of managing third party data, preferably InfoBase
- Extensive experience in data sales support, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience with global data and country specific use case and permissability
- Understanding of direct marketing principles and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to align individual efforts with broader organizational goals.
- Detail-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to complex challenges.
