Project Management
Intake and evaluation for change requests.
Scheduling and assigning the requests to Digital Strategy staff (copywrite; UX; web authoring).
Tracking progress and keeping requestors updated on progress.
Working with contractors and on chargebacks.
Provide other Web Operations project management assistance for Digital Strategy as requested.
Provide Web Content Development and Publishing
Available as needed to content author and test web content
Assure content developed meets accessibility standards
Create required metadata for content developed
Publish web content to controlled web sites, using the Content Management System (CMS) and processes
For part time “as needed” staff, provide necessary resources with one day notice to content author and publish web content, with no guaranteed minimum volume of requests per week
Provide status reporting as requested to Digital Strategy
EOC Duty
Be on call during EOC activation for up to two-week shifts
While on call, be available within one hour to author and publish content using either regular or emergency CMS publishing processes
Coordinate with on shift EOC Communications lead on what information to publish when, in what forms and on what platforms
