Expert Program Analyst - Power BI/Automate

• Mission Support: Specializing in System Engineering Technical Assistance and operations support services to streamline system integration and optimization while ensuring operational excellence for modern enterprises.

Responsibilities:

• An experienced Program Analyst, Expert who will support Power Bi development from Demand to delivery.
• The analyst will develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to optimize business processes.
• The analyst will create and manage Power BI dashboards and paginated reports for data-driven insights.
• The analyst will work with ServiceNow, particularly Operators Workspace, to enhance IT service management.
• The analyst will perform API integrations and troubleshoot connectivity issues between platforms.
• The analyst will implement and enhance monitoring solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
• The analyst will collaborate in an Agile environment, participating in scrum ceremonies and ensuring efficient planning, development, testing, and deployment to production.
• The analyst will effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• The analyst will utilize strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• The analyst must demonstrate a self-motivated, team-oriented mindset to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Must have proven experience with Power Automate & Power BI (including paginated reporting).
• Must demonstrate knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly Operators Workspace.
• Must have hands-on experience in API calls and integrating monitoring solutions.
• Must have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working in scrum teams.
• Must have Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be a proactive, self-motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Must have experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Must have Knowledge of additional ITSM tools and automation frameworks.
• Certifications in any of the technologies listed are preferred: ServiceNow and Power BI

Education:

• Master's Degree in a Business Discipline, or equivalent PLUS 15 Years of experience
• Ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education

Clearance: 

• The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation
