We’re looking for
an Expert Infrastructure Engineer who doesn’t just keep infrastructure running;
you automate it, improve it, and make it smarter.
This is a
hands-on role for someone who loves Python, Linux, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD
and cloud automation, and who gets excited about building systems that can do
the heavy lifting themselves.
You’ll be working
on a global Zero Trust transformation, helping create secure, automated and
AI-enabled services across identity, connectivity, workspace, data and security
environments.
What You’ll Be
Doing
- Design, build and operate automation
and orchestration solutions across infrastructure, security, workflows and
operational processes.
- Develop powerful automation tooling,
scripts and reusable libraries using Python and Bash.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
using GitHub Actions, Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline.
- Provision and manage cloud
infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Automate configuration and
deployments using Ansible.
- Design and operate workflow
orchestration using technologies such as Temporal, Camunda and AWS Step
Functions.
- Build event-driven and long-running
automated processes.
- Create SOAR-style runbooks and
automated remediation solutions to reduce manual incident response.
- Integrate systems using REST APIs,
webhooks, message brokers and event-driven technologies.
- Build automated API and regression
testing into your solutions.
- Make your automation idempotent,
reliable and resilient, with smart retry, compensation and error-handling
patterns.
- Monitor automation in production
using metrics, structured logging and tracing.
- Define and maintain operational
targets such as availability, latency and MTTR.
- Own automation alerting, operational
runbooks and participate in incident response/on-call activities.
- Help ensure automation
solutions are scalable, highly available and fault tolerant.
Requirements
You’ll need 6+
years of hands-on experience in Automation Engineering, Site Reliability
Engineering, Platform Engineering or a closely related field.
We’re
particularly interested in someone who has owned production-grade automation
and can confidently work across:
Python + Bash +
Linux + CI/CD + Terraform + Ansible + Cloud + Orchestration
You should be
someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes and figuring
out how to make things work better, faster and with less manual intervention.
We’re looking for
an engineer who takes ownership, pays attention to detail and isn't afraid to
get stuck into a tricky production problem.
