The Digital Team is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Expert Digital Project Manager to support a large US financial institution marketing client. The role will manage the development and execution of large, complex and multi-phased projects which will implement AdTech solutions, such as a digital clean room, in support of digital acquisition capabilities. This position will ensure projects adhere to stakeholder specifications, timeline, cost constraints and scope so the client can leverage audience insights, tagging, and measurement capabilities to transform digital acquisition.
*This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days in-office depending on location (NY, NY or Dallas, TX).
What You Will Do:
- Manage the direction of exceptionally large projects with complex components with numerous stakeholders, ensuring integration, coordination, timing, and consistency of process throughout the program/project lifecycle.
- Provide strategic thought leadership to support efficient acquisitions and account growth through digital clean rooms, MMM, MTA, journey mapping, tagging, test-and-learn and audience insights.
- Operationalize new AdTech solutions, including a digital clean room, ensuring compliance and brand safety, and maintaining audience addressability in a cookieless environment.
- Develop and manage project schedules across disparate teams, determine resource needs, and work closely with resource managers to ensure proper resource allocation.
- Advocate and promote processes that facilitate communication among project managers and other key project stakeholders.
- Ensure all project risks and issues are identified and develop action plans with tangible milestones for leadership alignment.
What You Will Have:
- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 4+ years’ experience; or equivalent work experience(12+ years).
- PMP or PgMP certification desired.
- Knowledge of Advertising Technologies ecosystem, including clean rooms, data privacy & compliance.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 2 days in-office at the Dallas Metroplex location or 3 days at New York office.
