YOUR IMPACT:
Develop and lead a three-stage AI adoption strategy across the organization:
(1) individual productivity improvement,
(2) team-level acceleration,
(3) organization-wide operational efficiency.Build a clear framework for measuring how AI tools impact developer experience, delivery speed, quality, and overall business outcomes (including volume of completed tasks, output quality, and workflow efficiency).
Help shape and guide an internal Enablement Team responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling AI-driven tools across the engineering organization.AI-driven tools across the engineering org
Implement and formalize engineering productivity frameworks, leveraging established industry approaches such as DORA and SPACE metrics, and adapting them to the company’s context.
Diagnose gaps in existing processes and define a practical, measurable roadmap for improving engineering effectiveness.
Consult leadership and engineering teams on best practices for automated metric collection, highlighting that the major challenge is not metric definition but building the systems to collect them reliably and continuously.
Collaborate directly with founders, engineering leads, and product managers to refine questions, review draft materials, and prepare the foundation for long-term productivity measurement.
Participate in a structured collaboration format:
1) short introductory discovery call,
2) evaluation of mutual fit,
3) proposal of hourly rate and consultation scope,
4) deep-dive sessions following NDA execution.
3+ years of experience in Engineering Productivity, DevEx, AI transformation, or Process Optimization roles (internal or consulting).
Strong understanding of AI tools for personal and team productivity, and clear frameworks for evaluating their impact.
Hands-on experience with engineering metrics, including DORA, SPACE, or similar productivity measurement models.
Ability to work with engineering, product, and leadership teams to define KPIs, build measurement systems, and align stakeholders.
Skilled in diagnosing bottlenecks, asking the right questions, and translating abstract challenges into structured, actionable plans.
Excellent communication skills in English, capable of leading workshops, facilitating discussions, and explaining complex concepts clearly.
Comfortable working in environments with ambiguous processes, multiple workstreams, and rapid iteration cycles.
High ownership, autonomy, and responsibility — you can drive initiatives without requiring constant direction.
Experience implementing automated data-collection pipelines for engineering or product metrics.
Background working with engineering organizations using CI/CD, Git platforms, or project management systems as metric sources.
Understanding of DevEx practices, developer journey mapping, or productivity tooling ecosystems.
Prior work with organizations building AI enablement teams or running cross-functional internal tooling initiatives.
Experience creating dashboards or reporting systems that translate raw data into insights for leadership.
