We currently have a vacancy for an AI /NLP/ ML Expert fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either on the company’s premises or on site at the customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your tasks
- Architect, design, and implement advanced machine learning models, including but not limited to deep learning, reinforcement learning, and large language models (LLMs);
- Collaborate with data scientists to refine data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training pipelines;
- Deploy machine learning models and high end AI solutions into production environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability;
- Integrate AI models with existing systems and workflows, providing seamless functionality across platforms;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models, including A/B testing, cross validation, and error analysis.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Substantial leadership experience in overseeing and technically leading largescale AI transformation projects along with strong communication and soft skills;
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, optimizing and deploying advanced machine learning models and latest AI systems;
- Strong experience with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques;
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS;
- Solid experience in Microsoft Azure Analytics (e.g. Microsoft Fabric) and related AI services (e.g., AI Studio, Azure ML, and AI Search);
- Experience with data processing and ETL tools;
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries;
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools;
- PhD is considered an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
