Our LEGO® Agency (OLA) is the internal creative agency at the LEGO® Group. OLA is responsible for driving communication and content experiences through the development and execution of global advertising campaigns from the LEGO Group, as well as bringing to life new media experiences and activating local tactics across the brand’s portfolio of play experiences.
We are looking for a Global Experiential Producer to drive and manage our product initiatives and experiential brand experiences. This role is part of a larger global team who partners directly with and orchestrates across a globally dispersed organization. The ideal candidate will be able to translate business and commercial needs into impactful brand experiences, working across OLA to develop and deliver on global communication strategies, concepts, and content across owned, earned, shared and paid channels.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead multiple product and branded-experiences from initial briefing to delivery
Partner and support your Strategic, Creative and Production counterparts in OLA on your assigned product and branded-experiences, ensuring an effective and impact delivery, that is on-brief, on-time, on-budget.
Manage and support Senior Global Campaign Partners on driving more complex product and branded experiences, when necessary accountability of individual projects – development of detailed scopes, accurate forecasting, budget and financial responsibility, support and inform on resource and finance planning to ensure efficiency, as well as after action reviews (AAR) and quarterly experience reviews with OLA and PMD (Product Marketing and Development) LT, when required.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running and management of your projects.
Day-to-day conduit between our partners and OLA
Day-to-day running of subsequent project deliverables, ensuring a clear end-to-end overview and needs requirements, including detailed documentation.
Develop strong relationships with our direct product- and/or brand-owner, and key heads of departments in OLA
Facilitate communication and collaboration between collaborators at all levels
Support the measurement and data teams on identifying metrics and indicators and develop a measurement approach for our projects
Securing the necessary involvement of OLA Hubs to ensure that regional needs are being met and that regional amplification of our activation continues in line with global strategy and concept
Collaborating with both internal and external agencies and other LEGO® partners when necessary
Do you have what it takes?
Significant of experience within an experiential or creative agency/business, with demonstrated and clear track record of successfully simultaneously running multiple brands, whilst building strong client relationships and producing amazing creative experiences and content.
Demonstrated experience in Entertainment/Content, Gaming segments will be favourable.
Experience being a part of complex and globally distributed creative, digital, shopper/e-commerce or socially led programs.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Strong business writing skills that include executive summaries, memos, pre-reads, briefs and presentation materials.
Comfortable working with collaborators at all levels of the organization.
Ability to exercise good judgement and high level of discretion with sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in project management and strategic planning.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
Strong proficiency in English
Experience in presentation is a bonus.
Advance skills in Microsoft Office, project management tools are required.
Travel may be required.
