The primary role of the Experiential Manager will be to manage, organize and support all external events and activations for the Lucid brand in the Middle East.  We prioritize a world-class customer experience, and our events play a key role in building the Lucid brand and creating that unparalleled experience.  Above all, this role will be a passionate and organized project leader that understands marketing strategies and event techniques, logistics, budgeting, and an entrepreneurial approach to event operations. 
 
Being one of the earliest members of our Middle East marketing team, the Experiential Manager will be instrumental in helping build out our event marketing strategy and go to market plan.
 
This role combines marketing, events, sales, and program management, and requires a high degree of project management, organization and customer-focused energy.
 
The Role:

  • Maintain high level knowledge of the company’s vision mission and brand goals.
  • Support, organize and execute high impact marketing activities and events consistent with Lucida's global brand culture.
  • Contribute to event ideation process and brainstorm.
  • Conduct venue and vendors’ research.
  • Build presentation (Mood Boards, Vision Boards, Activity Programs,).
  • Gather vendor proposals, and make vendors competitive analysis .
  • Support with venue, partnership, agency, and vendor contracts, including negotiations, internal approval process and proper fulfillment.
  • Compile events budgets, and be the liaison with account payable and purchase team.
  • Manage the planning and execution of national and regional events and promotions such as consumer shows, product launches, studio openings, national events, and other activities that have national or Middle East relevance for the Lucid brand.
  • Manage the marketing vehicle demo fleet, manage the order process, supervising the appropriate use, and ensuring timely availability for sale at the end of the assigned programs.
  • Manage any contracted event support personnel.
  • Manage vendors coordination during events set-up and tear-down.
  • Manage shipping procedures and arrangements pre and post events.
  • Develop and implement tools and activities for capturing new leads at events, managing data integration in Lucid CRM systems, reporting and metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and their value to our customers.
  • Think critically about event lead data and recommend new and scalable strategies to improve both lead numbers and the customer experience.
  • Create, track and manage invite and RSVP lists.



Qualification:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in experiential marketing, preferably with an Automotive OEM in the Middle East.
  • Working knowledge of hospitality and VIP management.
  • Passion for a fast-paced, high growth environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter and quick thinker who thrives in ambiguous and rapidly changing situations.
  • Self-reliant and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to relentlessly prioritize.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Detail Oriented – develop a methodology to make certain all reports are accurate.
  • Integrity, honesty, openness, and willingness to operate as a team player.
  • Ability to effectively present information to upper management and other groups, internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
